Description
Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic formula for rejuvenation and healing from many ailments. Deeply cleanses the body of toxins, increases the protective functions of the immune system. “Triphala” is translated as “three fruits”, as it contains amla, haritaki and bibhitaki. Triphala is widely used in Ayurveda practice for the treatment and prevention of many diseases of various age categories.
The drug affects all types of human tissue and balances all three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, bringing all life support systems of the body to a state of optimal functioning. Due to this effect, a person’s well-being improves significantly. No matter what age he is, he begins to get sick less and suffer from gastrointestinal disorders, the condition of the skin improves, joint pain goes away, various injuries on the body – wounds and abrasions – heal faster, activity increases and performance improves.
As a result of the gentle and gradual release of the body from ama (toxins and waste), triphala tones and rejuvenates the body’s tissues, increases the efficiency of metabolic processes. After cleansing the large and small intestines, as well as the liver and gall bladder, spleen and pancreas, all functions of the gastrointestinal tract are normalized. The production of enzymes that break down complex products into simpler ones increases, which helps improve the absorption of nutrients from food, as a result of which the body begins to receive more nutrients and vitamins for its full functioning.
When using this wonderful remedy, the body stops suffering from chronic constipation, as it softens feces, which facilitates the process of bowel cleansing. At the same time, it kills many gastrointestinal pathogens. In addition, acting as an enterosorbent, the drug normalizes lipid metabolism and allows you to control your appetite due to better absorption of food, which makes it indispensable in the fight against excess weight.
In addition to all of the above, the drug is a source of vitamins, especially vitamin C, and is used as a dietary supplement. Triphala nourishes the mind and body, and on a deeper level helps to cleanse the aura, develop mental abilities and improve the functioning of the chakras.
The ancient Indian sacred text Charaka Samhita says about Triphala: “He who takes Triphala for a year will get rid of all diseases and live to be a hundred years old!”
