Description
Triphala is an ancient formula for healing the body, for its deep cleansing and enhancing the protective function of the immune system. Triphala is widely used in Ayurveda practice for the treatment and prevention of many diseases of various age categories.
The name of the product “Triphala” is translated as “three fruits”. This is explained by the fact that the preparation contains three fruits: amla, haritaki and bibhitaki. The ancient Indian sacred text Charaka Samhita says about Triphala: “He who takes Triphala for a year will get rid of all diseases and live to be a hundred years old!”
The drug affects all types of human tissue and balances all three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, bringing all life support systems of the body to a state of optimal functioning. Due to this effect, a person’s well-being improves significantly. No matter what age he is, he gets sick much less often and suffers from gastrointestinal disorders. At the same time, the condition of the appearance – skin, hair and nails – improves, joint pain goes away, various injuries on the body – wounds and abrasions – heal faster, activity increases and performance improves.
As a result of the gentle and gradual release of the body from ama (toxins and waste), triphala tones and rejuvenates the body’s tissues, increases the efficiency of metabolic processes. After cleansing the large and small intestines, as well as the liver and gall bladder, spleen and pancreas, all functions of the gastrointestinal tract are normalized. The production of enzymes that break down complex products into simpler ones increases, which helps improve the absorption of nutrients from food, as a result of which the body begins to receive more nutrients and vitamins for its full functioning.
Acting as an enterosorbent, the drug normalizes lipid metabolism and allows you to control your appetite due to better absorption of food, which makes it an indispensable tool in the fight against excess weight. In addition to all of the above, it is a source of vitamins, especially vitamin C, and can be used as a food supplement.
Triphala nourishes the mind and body, and on a deeper level helps to clear the aura, develop mental abilities and improve the functioning of the chakras.
